People shopping on UK websites are no longer protected by EU consumer rights post Brexit. In addition, people can be charged to pay VAT on

People shopping on UK websites are no longer protected by EU consumer rights post Brexit.

In addition, people can be charged to pay VAT on goods over 22 euro coming from a UK website.

While customs duty may apply to goods over 150 euro.

Junior Business Minister, Robert Troy, says Irish shoppers don't have the same protection since January 1st.
