The Shannon Lakes and Rivers group have been invited to the Joint Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage in Leinster House today along with Waterways Ireland to discuss the controversial byelaws.

A number of items including mattresses and baths were dumped in a car park, the second incident since January.
