Leitrim Ladies captain says Civic Reception means a lot to the team

Today marks two months since Leitrim won an All-Ireland title - but the team captain says the celebrations are still going strong. The ladies' footballers won the All-Ireland intermediate final in August, and Leitrim County Council held a civic reception for them last night.

Council Cathaoirleach Paddy O'Rourke told the event the silverware brought great joy to the county. Team captain Michelle Guckian says the civic reception in Carrick-on-Shannon meant a lot to the players and management.
