There are several properties from the Shannonside region featuring in the online Bidx1 auction today

Ten properties in the Shannonside region, ranging from guide prices of €35,000 to €150,000 euro will be up for sale in the BidX1 online auction.

The lowest asking price of €35,000 is on a house in Ballinamore , while the most expensive property is likely to be a former guesthouse in north Longford.

The guide price of €35,000 is on an end of terrace house at Ballinamore in Leitrim, and the next lowest guide price on a local property is €40,000 for a semi-detached cottage which needs extensive remedial work at Creevagh More in Ballymahon.


Two two-bedroom apartments in Carrick-on-Shannon , one at Drumharlow and another at Errill , both have guide prices of €55,000, while a three bed house in need of refurbishment at Frenchpark Roscommon is also guided at €55,000.

A one-bedroom cottage on 26 acres at Trien in Castlerea has a guide price of €70,000, while a three bedroom house at Newtownforbes has the same initial offer price tag.

A three bedroom end of terrace house on the Ballina lee road in Longford town is included in the online auction with a guide price of €90,000, while €140,000 is being listed as a guide for a four bedroom house on the Strokestown road at Ballyleague.


The largest residential property up for sale in the Shannonside region next today is a former guesthouse at Monaduff Drumlish, which includes a stables and paddocks.

The guide price there is €150,000.
