Leitrim age friendly group aims to improves lives of older people

Leitrim Age Friendly Alliance are reaching out to those over the age of 65 to contribute to a new plan for the county.

The strategy aims to make Leitrim a better place to grow old in and covers areas such as transport, safety and staying active.

Anna McTiernan from Leitrim Development Company says they want to improve services for older people in the county.
