Investigations are underway following the discovery of a body in Athlone.
The body of a man in his 40's was discovered at the Athlone Marina in the early hours of yesterday morning.
A post-mortem is due to be carried out on the remains today following an examination of the scene.

Local Gardaí say they are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery.
