Hundreds of job seekers are expected to attend a special event being held at the Landmark hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon this afternoon.
The recruitment and enterprise exhibition is being hosted by the Local Enterprise Office at Leitrim County Council and it will feature up to 30 employers from across the region.
The Local Enterprise Office says it provides a unique opportunity for people to meet and speak to employers directly about the career opportunities in the county.
There will also be representatives from Further Education bodies with information on Courses, Apprenticeships, Adult Guidance & more.
Some of the employers who will be featured include King and Moffat, Nordson Medical, Kiernan Steel, Avant Money and Center Parcs.
The free event runs from 3 this afternoon until 7 this evening and organisers say the timing should facilitate people who are working and who want to get more information on other career options.
