Hopes are high that the roll out of a vaccine programme in the New Year will have a significant impact on the hospitality sector.

That's according to Village Director with Center Parcs Longford Forest Daragh Feighery.

Mr Feighery says from surveying their guests who have had to re-schedule their breaks over the last year, people are keen to get away for a change of scenery after two lock downs.

Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound news, he says there is pent-up demand and they are hopeful that it will show in bookings when things get back to normal.
