The re-opening of the premises will be a major boost to trade on Ballymahon street in the town

A total of 15 new jobs are being created in Longford town with the impending re-opening of PV's on Ballymahon Street.

The venue closed its doors in 2013 but following a revamp over the past couple of years it's now ready to re-open in September.

The Granard couple who have taken the lease on the property say it will re-open initially as a pub, with the food and accommodation sections following soon after.
