Longford Gardaí are urging the public to aid them in investigating a series of public order incidents that left a man hospitalised in the town last month.
A man in his 20s was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Mullingar Hospital after he was struck with a vehicle at Ardnacassa on the Ballinalee road on the 24th of January.
Videos posted online after the incident appear to indicate that it may have been related to a feud between local families.
Gardaí are now appealing for witnesses to both the collision and to public order offences believed to have taken place around it.
