It's hoped that threats of a "blue flu" over Garda rostering complaints have now been put to bed with an interim roster for the force set to be implemented shortly.
The four main Garda representative organisations met with management yesterday and agreed on a deal that will avoid seeing members return to their pre-Covid roster on the 6th of November.
The development was welcomed by the Justice Minister Helen McEntee who says the interim roster will ensure Gardaí can continue to "deliver service to the public".
