Funeral details confirmed for Athleague fire victim

Funeral details have been confirmed for the woman who died following a fire in Athleague this week.

Noreen Flanagan, who was in her 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene of the fire at her bungalow at Graig, Athleague, at around 7am on Thursday morning.

Garda investigations are ongoing into the tragedy but it is not being treated as suspicious.

A private family Funeral Mass will take place in St Patrick's Church, Athleague next Monday, 21st June, at 11am. Burial will take place afterwards in Athleague Cemetery.
