Funeral details announced for man killed in Roscommon collision

Funeral details have been announced for the young County Roscommon motorist killed in a road traffic collision on Friday evening.

Tadhg Cauneen of Ballymore, Strokestown, Roscommon lost his life when his car was in a collision which occurred on the N61 Roscommon to Tulsk road at Fourmilehouse at  8.45 p.m on Friday evening last.

Predeceased by his father Tim Sweeney and his infant brother T.J. Tadhg will be sadly missed by his loving mother Ursula and Tommy, brothers Gary and Eddie, nephews, uncles, aunts, extended family, relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Removal from the home of Ursula and Tommy to St Mary’s Church, Carniska on (Wed), to arrive for Funeral Mass at eleven o’clock, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at two o’clock. Owing to current COVID restrictions, Tadhg’s Mass and Funeral is private to family and friends limited to 35 people.
