Funeral arrangements have been made for highly respected Boyle businessman Dessie McLoughlin, who lost his life in the US.
The 61-year-old died suddenly while holidaying in San Francisco last Saturday.
He was the founder of Trojan IT in Boyle, as well as a sports enthusiast and community activist.
He was also a founding director of Shannonside Radio.
He will repose at his son Ben’s home on Monday from 5pm until 8pm and Tuesday from 2pm to 8pm. The house will be private outside of these times.
As there is no parking at the house, shuttle buses are being made available from St Joseph’s Church Grounds on the Carrick Road in Boyle.
His funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday in St Joseph’s Church at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Assylin Cemetery.
