Community groups and tourism operators in east Galway are being urged to attend a consultation evening on the EU Just Transition tourism scheme.
The drop in clinic which is being organised by Failte Ireland takes place in the Shearwater Hotel in Ballinasloe between 6:30pm and 8:30pm this evening.
The clinics are looking for views on plans for the €68 million awarded to the tourism body under the EU Just Transition Fund

It will be invested in the sustainable development of tourism in the Midlands with the aim of creating jobs and sustaining communities.
The launch of the strategy is expected to take place in July or August this year.
