The journey of homeless people and refugees are intrinsically linked to the story of the nativity according to the Bishop of Elphin.
Bishop Kevin Doran has urged the people of the region not to become divided over the issues of homelessness and the housing of refugees.
In his Christmas message to the Dioceses and beyond, Bishop Doran says welcoming these people in need is akin to welcoming Jesus himself.
