Over 70 events are taking place across the Shannonside region this evening as part of Culture Night.
It's the 20th edition of the annual celebration.
There are 24 events happening in Longford this evening. They include Bridgeways Family Resource Centre, who will be hosting a concert in Ballymahon this evening.
The activities planned include music, dance and storytelling from Ireland and around the world.
That takes place from 7:00pm-9:00pm this evening. Also in Longford Town, the 'Art against Hate' exhibition will take place from 4:30pm-8:00pm in Pig Market Lane.
There are 35 events happening in the Roscommon region also.
These include a book reading and art workshop for children in Úna Bhán Tourism, Boyle. Trudy Callaghan will be reading her book Rosie's Happy Place to local children, sharing the heart-warming story in her own words.
She'll then lead a fun and creative drawing activity inspired by the book. Also tonight in Roscommon there is an interactive theatre style workshop happening in the Roscommon arts centre.
'Giving it a go' will be led by Facilitator/ Arts Worker Louise Holian where a theatre style approach meets personal development through games, group, pair and individual tasks. That kicks off at 5:00pm.
And finally there are 14 events happening in Leitrim for culture night this evening. At 6:30 in the Leitrim School of Art in Ballinamore we have 'Clay & Culture: An Introduction to Irish Ceramics'.
A relaxed and inspiring evening in their fully equipped ceramics studio in Ballinamore, where you'll get hands-on with clay and explore the timeless art of Irish ceramics.
And finally in Carrick-On-Shannon 'Culture night at the dock' will host a series of events open to all ages and abilities - from Sean-nós steps to Zimbabwean Freedom Dances, an Irish language tour in the gallery, and a late-night techno house party led by Leitrim's newest DJ collective.
That kicks off from 4:00pm this afternoon.
