Local Gardaí have seized a car after the driver produced a false licence at a checkpoint yesterday.
Gardaí say they stopped the vehicle off the Dublin Road in Longford Town and weren't convinced by the driver's licence that was produced.
The Garda Mobility App showed the document wasn't genuine and that the driver wasn't licensed.

The vehicle was seized and a court appearance will follow.
