A charity walk is taking place today in Longford.
Now hosting its 32nd annual event, the MS Christmas Day Run is raising donations to supports for Multiple Sclerosis.
All participants are starting from Newtowncashel and ending in Lanesborough.
Those taking part can choose to run or to walk the distance of 11km.
Walkers got a head start at 11:45am, while runners will start at 12:15pm.
Refreshments will be served after the walk in St. Mary's Hall in Lanesborough.
