Castlerea swimming pool reopens tomorrow for first time in two years

The outdoor swimming pool in Castlerea is opening tomorrow for the first time in two years.

The heated 33 meter local amenity reopens after missing out on last summer due to the pandemic.

The pool will open weekly from Wednesday until Sunday through July and August starting from tomorrow.

Changing rooms at the Roscommon facility will be limited due to Covid restrictions and users of the Castlerea pool are being asked to arrive swim ready.

Local Councillor, Paschal Fitzmaurice is calling on people in the area to support the pool.
