A new campaign highlighting reasons to live, visit and invest in an East Galway town is being launched today.
'Why choose Ballinasloe' is an initiative by the Area Community Development Company, a group which also runs the town's enterprise centre.
They say Ballinasloe is an attractive place for remote workers, home buyers and shoppers with a number of works hubs located in the town as well a good transport network.
The official launch takes place around now at the Enterprise Centre and Manager Lyn Donnelly hopes this will promote that Ballinasloe is open for business.
'We are actually doing it through the connected hubs which is a national platform for all enterprises hubs across the country. We genuinely feel Ballinasloe is the best kept secret as we have so much going for it so today is just launching it locally. This is will be an ongoing campaign for the next twelve-eighteen months that we will be running and just highlighting the many positive aspects at Ballinasloe that we can offer people whether it is looking to set up their business or whether it is remote workers.'
