The Criminal Assets Bureau has seized a quantity of designer goods after a number of searches in Cavan today.
The search happened at a number of locations in Cavan this morning.
A quantity of designer goods including Louis Vuitton bags, three Rolex Watches and three Canada Goose coats were seized in the operation.
Almost 5 thousand euro in cash was seized and a one hundred and 15 thousand euro was restrained in a bank account.
The search was supported by North Western Region Detective and Uniform Gardaí, the Regional Armed Response Unit and the Customs Dog Unit.
The operation forms part of a CAB investigation, initiated following a referral from a Western Region asset profiler, targeting assets, including properties deriving from criminal activity.
