SIPTU has recommended its members working in the National Ambulance Service accept Labour Court proposals aimed at resolving ongoing pay disputes.
Among the proposals put forward are pay increases for most clinical levels below Advanced Paramedic.
Members of SIPTU and UNITE engaged in a 24 hour strike action last month, as they argued pay had not reflected ongoing changes in their roles.
Among the stations which saw action included Carrick-on-Shannon, Longford, Loughlynn, Boyle and Athlone.
Union members will now be balloted on the proposals before a decision is made to accept or reject them.
