Galway and Roscommon ETB also won the award for their Procurement Office Green Innovation initiative.
Meanwhile, ACT Gateway Youth Project run by the Longford and Westmeath ETB won the Youth Services Award.
Mullingar Community College won the Excellence in Education Award for their Boston Professional Learning Tour.

The awards were presented at a ceremony in Croke Park which also marked 10 years of ETBs in Ireland.
