A Ballinlough native has been appointed as Hospital Manager at Portiuncula University Hospital.
Eileen Kelly has spent more than 25 years in healthcare.
Having graduated from University College Dublin, she began her career as a radiographer.

Throughout her career, she has held a number of senior regional leadership roles and until recently, was General Manager for Maternity Services at Portiuncula University Hospital.
Commenting on her appointment, Eileen said she was "honoured to take up the role."
