A Leitrim athletics club will host a festival of roadraces to mark a major milestone.
Ballinamore Athletics Club is celebrating its 60th anniversary in style with a number of events taking place today.
Runners will be under starter's orders from 1 o'clock at Sean O'Heslin GAA Park this afternoon.
Events include an Open 10K incorporating a Leitrim championship for seniors and masters, an Open 5k, and 1500 metres for underage runners.
Entries for the 10K and 5K can be made online through Eventmaster right up to 1 pm today.
