Alec Baldwin will be charged with involuntary manslaughter over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of one of his movies.
She died when a prop gun went off during rehearsals in 2021 in New Mexico.
The district attorney's office says the set's armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed is accused of the same offence.
