Accessible housing badly needed in Roscommon

Finding housing that is accessible for people with a disability is one of the many issues facing people in Roscommon.

That's according to the Activities Director at the Roscommon Support Group Centre in Derrane.

Tomorrow marks the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities and Katelyn Fitzpatrick from Derrane centre says many people who use the facility have difficulty in trying to find a suitable place to live.

Speaking on the Let's Talk show today, Katelyn says she hopes policy can be adopted to make such a basic right more available for people who need it.
