The Department of Justice has confirmed 30 Ukrainian refugees living in Leitrim could be moved from State-supported accommodation by November.
They were informed they may no longer be accommodated at three centres in the county.
An agreement will see the Government phasing out of accommodation that has been provided to people from Ukraine since 2022.
It is being introduced on a phased basis and commenced at the end of last month.
It's been confirmed Ukrainians staying at three Co Leitrim centres were told their accommodation would cease in October.
There are 14 currently being accommodated at Heartlands Accessible Accommodation and nine at Anchorage Accommodation - both in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Also included are seven residents at Hamills Bed & Breakfast in Ballinamore.
Residents have been told they have until October 31st.
Some existing centres will close and be returned to private use.
Those affected are being provided with information and supports to help them with future accommodation options.
They have the option of applying for continued accommodation at a State-supported centre or sourcing their own accommodation.
