As tallies are completed across the four constituencies and across the country, it appears the Green Party are in for a tough day at the office.
Frank Feighan (FG) leads the way in Sligo-Leitrim, followed by Eamon Scanlon (FF) and Michael Clarke (II) with almost 70% tallied.
In Roscommon-Galway, Michael Fitzmaurice (II), Claire Kerrane (SF) and Martin Daly (FF) in the top three.
Whereas, in Longford-Westmeath, Robert Troy (FF) has now made gains with Westmeath boxes have been opened. Troy has jumped in front of Joe Flaherty (FF) and Sorca Clarke (SF).
Peter Burke (FG) leads the way ahead of Micheál Carrigy (FG) and Kevin Boxer Moran (IND).
On the national front; Green Party leader Roderic O'Gorman looks set to be in a major fight for the final seat in Dublin West. O’Gorman is polling at 7%, behind People Before Profit's Ruth Coppinger and just ahead of Aontú's Ellen Troy.
Meanwhile, media minister Catherine Martin also looks to be in trouble in Dublin Rathdown, polling in sixth place on 8%.
Elsewhere, current health minister Stephen Donnelly is performing poorly in Wicklow, at 6.5% with almost half of the boxes tallied.
