Roscommon County Council has formally agreed to sell three pieces of land in Castlerea - sparking hopes of a big jobs boost.
The plots in the Demesne are being sold to different companies - Connaught Contractors, Colleran Building and Civil Engineering, and All Star Shredding.
Councillors signed off on the sales at their monthly meeting yesterday.
