Roscommon go in search of Connacht U20 title

They face Mayo in the decider

The attention is turning back to the U20 provincial championship for this evening (Wednesday 29th) with 2 finals down for decision. First up at 7pm is the meeting of Roscommon and Mayo in Connacht in Tuam stadium. The Westeners secured their place in the decider by going unbeaten through the group stages, while the Rossies suffered 2 defeats against Mayo and Galway but reversed that result against the Tribesmen in the semi final by defeating them 2-10 to 15 points. It is a 3rd final appearance in a row for the Rossies and manager Cian Smith noted the experience players are getting

We will have full live coverage of that final this evening from 7pm with thanks to Gannons Eggs and Poultry Carrick on Shannon and the farm Shop on the Market Square in Roscommon Town.

At 7:35 Monaghan and Tryone meet in the Ulster final in the Box-it Athletic grounds. The Red hand county are the defending All Ireland champions while Monaghan are looking to pick up their first title at the grade since 2016. Thursday evening will see the Munster final throw in at Austin Stack Park in Tralee with Kerry taking on Cork
