One game at a time for Roscommon

Davy Burke's side will be looking to reach the knockout stages of the championship

Roscommon will look to extend their All Ireland championship campaign into the knock out stages this weekend when the face Cork in their final group game. Following a heavy loss to Kerry the Rossies got their first point when they drew with Meath and face a Rebel side who have suffered 2 defeats. In what was bruising encounter against the Royal County, Roscommon Coach Mark Doran noted that recovery would be key and they would be putting all their attention on what is just the one game

A win for Cork would see them take the final qualifying spot while a draw will be enough for Davy Burkes side to progress. The meeting of Kerry and Meath will decide who goes through directly to the quarter final with both sides all ready guaranteed a knock out spot. A draw for the Kingdom would be enough for them to make the last 8
