Gary Toher has been appointed Longford under 17 football manager.
The Clonguish native has been appointed for the 2026 season. Whereas, Toher will step down from his role as Assistant Secretary, having served on the county board.
Toher has coaching experience having coached with the underage structure over the past few years, he takes over from Carrrickedmond native Joe Breslin.

Indeed, Longford’s under-17s will be hoping for more silverware having clinched the All-Ireland C title this year.
