St Brigids will provide the opposition on the 18th of January

Dingle have received a boost ahead of Sunday's week's All-Ireland club football final against St Brigid's.

AFL side Geelong have given the go ahead to Mark O'Connor to play in the match for his home club. The midfielder, who played a key role in the semi-final win over Ballyboden St Enda's will then return to pre-season in Australia.

St Brigids claimed their All-Ireland spot with a four point win over Scotstown on Sunday past in Kingspan Breffni.
