Leaving Cert students should be examined on their use of AI.
That's according to academic expert Professor Damian Murchan, who claims students should be asked to acknowledge, disclose and audit their use of AI in new continuous assessment models.
It comes as the Department of Education has recently announced that students will be able to cite AI-generated content as a source in their Leaving Cert projects.
