Kevin McDermott on Sportsbeat spoke with book author Gerard Siggins Initially a sports journalist, he worked for many years in the Sunday Tribune, where he became assistant editor. He has since turned his hand at writing sports books for Children.
He is author of the Rugby spirit series including this year’s World book day book Rugby Roar. Well the series has come to an end. Gerard spoke to me about the protagonist Eoin Madden who has been on many adventures. He spoke to Kevin about the experience of finishing the book.
