Roscommon company Service Matters has been acquired by a German firm.
CWS has taken a majority stake in the company in what's estimated to be a multi-million euro deal.
Service Matters which was founded in 1997 by Vincent Collins and employs 88 people, supplies floorcare and workcare rental, washroom services and bespoke protective clothing across many industries.

As well as its base in Roscommon it has depots in Limerick, Dublin and Tyrone.
CWS has 11,000 employees in 15 countries and turnover last year of €1.2bn.
