A local pharmacy will be holding a special event in honour of Women's Day tomorrow.
Garvey's Pharmacy in Glenamaddy has a range of activities lined up to celebrate the international holiday and to encourage women to take care of their health.
The event is free of charge and will include talks from Galway LGFA captain Kate Geraghty, as well as nutrition and oral health workshops.
Daniela Rana has been talking to nutrionist Cliona Geraghty and oral health expert Helen Murphy to find out more about what can be expected from the day.
