The Roscommon Ploughing Championships will take place on Sunday, May 3rd on lands owned by the Hanley family in Fuerty. It follows a difficult few months for the agricultural sector due to fuel price protests and a wet winter. PRO of Roscommon Ploughing Association Dylan Beirne says more young people are getting involved in ploughing in Roscommon.
