The mother of a baby who was stillborn at Portiuncula University Hospital says removing high-risk births from the hospital will cause even more risks for mothers and babies.
A major protest is taking place in Ballinasloe at 12 o'clock tomorrow over the decision, which was made last month.
Lorraine Reilly's baby daughter, Asha, was stillborn at the hospital in 2008.
Her second daughter, Amber, was also born at Portiuncula in 2010, but died a week later at Holles Street in Dublin.
