The controversial nationalist event, which was due to be held in Drumshanbo, will now go ahead in Co Mayo.
The Mise Éire Festival was due to be held in the Mayflower Community Centre on August 23rd.
But it's now taking place near Castlebar on the same date.
The committee, which runs the Mayflower, pulled the plug on the event.
Hundreds of people signed a petition calling for it to be cancelled.
Eoghan Murphy has been speaking to one of the organisers of the Mire Eire Festival - Stephen Kerr - today.
He first told him why he wanted to hold the event in Drumshanbo:
