A former church in Drumcong, Co Leitrim, could be transformed into a boutique hotel.
The building will be auctioned on Thursday by REA Brady.
The auctioneers say it could have many purposes - including a unique home, a children's play centre and a gym, with an exercise and climbing wall.

It could also revert to its former use as a place worship, or be developed into a spa or retreat, boutique hotel, hostel or the base for a great outdoor activity centre, with Lough Scur and the numerous waterways nearby.
