There's been an increased number of illegal parking instances in Longford.
Local Gardaí are reminding the public that it is an offence to park or stop in a disabled parking bay.
That's after Gardaí observed two vehicles parked and blocking disabled bays on Ballymahon Street.

Each driver was issued with a fixed charge penalty notice of €150.
