Competitors from right across the country will be hoping to rise to the challenge and take home the coveted National Brown Bread Baking competition, which takes place at the National Ploughing Championships next month. One such competitor hails from Gortletteragh in County Leitirm. Anne Heslin will be right in the mix as one of eight national finalists.
