An Aughnasheelin women's group has been going from strength to strength since its inception last year. Ciorcal na mBan is a social group based in the south Leitrim village and boasts up to 70 members. Those involved take part in activities such as sport, arts and crafts, yoga and lots more.
Members are currently preparing for a number of events and activities taking place this Christmas. Dan Dooner recently spoke to group chairperson Shirley Sammon and Secretary Geraldine Flynn about the group:
