A new tattoo parlour has opened in Boyle in north Roscommon.
Patrick Street Tattoo Company is run by Galwayman Joe Kearney, and he claims it’s the first such outlet to open in County Roscommon.
He has also been speaking about the lack of regulation in the industry.
