Around a thousand school secretaries and caretakers are protesting outside Leinster House this afternoon.
It’s part of the first day of indefinite strike action.
Frank Considine is a secretary in St Clares in Manorhamilton and Larghy National school and he spoke to Joe Finnegan about it.
