PODCAST: Kids can't get a bus in south Longford because of capacity issues

A second bus has been arranged to address the massive demand for the Ballymahon to Longford Local Link Bus.

The LR24 route is experiencing high demand as kids make their way to and from school.

TFI says it will make an extra bus available in the afternoon, 40 minutes after the first vehicle leaves, if there are no seats available on the original service.

The issue affects Longford man Sean Daly's two children, who attend Mercy Ballymahon - as he told Eoghan Murphy:
