More businesses have expressed an interest in leasing a portion of the former MBNA offices in Carrick-on-Shannon, according to the IDA.
IDA provided the update at a meeting of Leitrim County Council yesterday.
The building is now owned by Leitrim County Council and is called Carrick Business Campus.

It also said the number of people employed in IDA-client companies in Co Leitrim has almost tripled over the past 10 years.
It has grown from 413 in 2014 to 1,104 today.
The IDA's head of regional development, Ray O'Connor, told Eoghan Murphy they are employed in four different companies.
